Just picked up an 06 Waroo with no bar. Is the 08 best bar easily compatible with the 06 kite?

Customer services tells me it's good to go. Also found out the o8 bar will now be adding an extra 14 cm of depower to all subsequent shipments, to accommodate 07 bar lovers.
