Warroo Bar stopper/slider ball?

I bought a whole quiver of Warroos with 2 bars this year and couldn't be happier with the kites so far.... just using the 7m2 this time of year... but the darn stopper ball isn't a stopper ball anymore its a slider ball. Is anyone else having this problem??? Do I have a dud stopper. I'm thinking about switching to my older ones (07)... but I feel I shouldn't have to. The stopper for me can't even attempt to hold the bar until 6" of travel out, and after that its intermittant. I like to use the stopper ball and then use the board for some control and depower. I can't do that anymore. You guys might have an issue here. I haven't tried the 55cm bar yet but the holes in the stopper ball are really large just like the smaller ball. The 07 stopper was brilliant. Any help would be great.
