SQ, There has been limited info/pics of the HP/Waroo for 09, no word on the Bars.

Release date?
Hows the BIG RED C-loop going?

Wow. Its amazing how time flys. Another year gone by. Its seems like just yesterday I got the 08 bar :shock:

In Australia the 08 Bars did not make it in time for our 08 season, most crew kept their 07 Bars. As a matter of fact i am yet to see an 08 Bar anywhere in Oz.

Don't forget guys the 08 bars, really were 08 bars, they came out this side of XMAS.

Sounds like the ozzies will, miss the 08 bar completely.

The 09 bar is looking good, a few things to iron out, as always.

Can we ask if the 09 bars are going to be suited to the 09 kite and if we bought an 09 kite will we need to use the 09 bar or convert our 08 bar much like was needed with the 07?

Simon can I get a little love here on the 09 bar question.

Also, on the new pics of the harness in action I did not see the usual red pin release strap on the side of the chicken loop. Is there a new QR system for the chicken loop?

From what i have seen it looks like the main difference is the new
BIG BLACK QR should be an upgrade.

Our 09 demos arrive next week :twisted:

don't forget some velcro on the power strap....the strap dangling in the air is well suboptimal.

Sq, there is already a picture of the kite and bar (09) in Kiteboarding Magazine. Cmon, you can show a little bit more...

The HP in Kiteboarding Magazine has the best looking graphics of any kites I have ever seen. It looks sharp!

Just make sure they start making 09 replacement CL and depower line now so we dont have to whine your ear off on when we can upgrade our 3 month old outdated 08 bars :grin:

Becuase if that QR does what I think it will (one handed operation) and stays out of the way so no accidental release, Ill upgrade. Thats assumming it will work on the 08 bars.

Spill ur guts man. U know ur gonna do it it anyway.

the 09 depower rope is the same as the later 08 replacements and the BigBlack Fits the 08 bar, thats why it has the elongated hole in the bushing.
